Delivery and return

Your jewelry will be delivered in a Yasmeen Jewelry cardboard box. They are then shipped in an FSC-labelled shipping box. In order to reduce the carbon footprint and protect the environment, we bring together all the jewelry in a single box. However, you can add Yasmeen Jewelry boxes to your basket.

We strive to ship your packages as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimated at 3 to 5 working days. Please contact us if your order has not been delivered within the expected time frame, and we will check the status of your order.

Delivery is free for orders exceeding a total of 75 euros.
